Hallo miteinander,
ich bin noch im Labor und kann deshalb nicht mit dem lange erwarteten, extensiven Update loslegen. Was ich aber kann, ist, einen herrlichen Paper-Titel zeigen, den ich gerade bei PubMed gefunden habe:

Outbreaks of Escherichia coli O157 infections at multiple county agricultural fairs: a hazard of mixing cattle, concession stands and children.
(Epidemiol Infect. 2003 Dec;131(3):1055-62)

(frei übersetzt: "E.Coli-Ausbrüche auf mehreren Landwirtschaftsschauen: Kühe, Getränkebuden und Kinder sind eine schlechte Mischung.")
HAHAHAHA!

Hi Everyone, I am still at work and therefore can't give the long-awaited extensive update on what I've been up to. but what I CAN do is share this great paper title that I came across on PubMed:

Outbreaks of Escherichia coli O157 infections at multiple county agricultural fairs: a hazard of mixing cattle, concession stands and children.
(Epidemiol Infect. 2003 Dec;131(3):1055-62.)

Yes I know. It's been three (in words, THREEE) (triple "E") weeks. I am a lazy bastard, and nothing to excuse myself. I am sitting on John's couch right now in beautiful Auburn, got off the phone with Mom who's flying back from Philly tonight, and have been not doing things for a while. We went to NY, John and I got hammered at a fun party where I met a girl who used to live in LEIDEN, of all places, and ended up falling asleep in the garden hammock. Oh, and Bryan got married.
Without further dudes, here are the pictures.

Mom, dad. With Miss Liberty.

Mom, dad. Empire State Building.

Dad, Chinese teahouse.

Bryan, minister, Katie.
